When Gender-based Discrimination walks in the door…
… Engagement plummets from 58% to 20% (n=196,575)
… Disengagement rockets from 9% to 43% (n=196,575)
… Desire to leave the organisation climbs from 14% to 51% (n=73,873)
… Desire to stay working in the organisation drops from 61% to 22% (n=73,873)
These statistics show very little difference between male respondents and female respondents.
