Best Practice Australia (BPA) is a boutique research company based in Brisbane, Australia, which over the last 25 years has grown to become one of Australia’s leading providers of Engagement surveys. BPA was founded by Glenn Parle in 1992 with the aim of investigating and measuring the factors in organisational culture that contribute most to organisational performance.
In 1995, Jacqui Parle joined the company and initiated a focus on the health sector, which is a major sector of BPA's research, although our products are relevant to any service organisation.
To date over 617,000 individuals have told their personal stories of their working life in their organisation.
Our values are extremely important to us. They are foundational values that guide everything we do at BPA. BPA actively recruits by these values, performance manages by these values and, if necessary, dismisses by these values.
