About Our Culture

"If people keep saying that you are too much of a perfectionist, then you will probably fit in here really well.

If you are uncomfortable with change or with stretching yourself, then BPA won't be the right place for you.

If you regularly have to extend your deadlines, then BPA won't work for you at all.

We work hard, we put a lot of effort into getting things right, and we are constantly tweaking things to make them better.

If this type of culture works for you, then put your best case forward."
